Sport Billy [Lane Scheimer], a young boy from Planet Olympus, travelled
with friends Sport Lilly [Joyce Bulifant] and dog Sport Willy [voiced
by Frank Welker] in an effort to stop evil green-skinned Queen Vanda
[Joyce Bulifant] and her troll-like fool of a cronie Sipe [Frank
Welker] from ruining the world's sporting events.
Along
the way, Billy made use of his magical bag - a bottomless pit holding
unlimited items that assisted him along his way, much like that
of Link from "The Legend of Zelda." They travelled in a ship that
looked like an old key-operated alarm clock, complete with an "A.D."
and "B.C." dial underneath it, for time travel purposes.

|
| "Sport
Billy" was the official mascot of FIFA at the time, and the cartoon
series was directly based on him (although it did not mention the
organization). |
|
|
| A
sparse amount of merchandising for the show was available, but notably
included a tabletop soccer game, complete with a field and ten wobbling
figures standing on half-spheres. |

- Voice
