The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show was a Saturday morning cartoon based on the comic strip by Charles Schultz.

The Peanuts characters from their newspaper comic and various TV-special fame had a brand new show in 1983. The usually gloomy and pessimistic Charlie Brown [Bret Johnson] delt with life at school and on the baseball mound, with his crafty pet beagle Snoopy [Bill Melendez], the bossy and aggressive Lucy Van Pelt [Angela Lee], her intellectual piano playing brother Linus [Jeremy Schoenberg], and flip-flop wearing tomboy Peppermint Patty [Victoria Vargas]. The show's slow-moving, easygoing style, memorable piano music and flowing scene changes were almost trademarks of its own.
