Denver, the Last Dinosaur was a weekday afternoon cartoon series sponsored by the National Education Association.

Several children take on Denver [Pat Fraley], of whom they find hatching from his egg, and pal around with the dinosaur as one of their own. They are Casey [Kath Soucie], Jeremy [Adam Carl], Mario [Cam Clarke], Heather [Kath Soucie], and Shades [Cam Clarke]. They protect Denver from the likes of Morton Fizzback [Brian Cummings], a twisted music producer who wants possession of the dinosaur for his own promotions.
