Composed of two episodes in each sitting, this series was set in
set in Surfside High School in Malibu, California. The series featured
cheerleader and part time reporter Maxie [Loretta Jafelice] in her
various teen drama exploits with friends: Carly [Tara Strong], Ashley
[Susan Roman], Jeri [Nadine Rabinovitch], Simone [Suzanne Coy],
Ferdie [Yannick Bisson], Rob [Simon Reynolds], and Mushroom [Geoff
Kahnert].
Episodes
of "Maxie's World" were later coupled with short episodes of "Beverly
Hills Teens" and "It's Punky Brewster."
