Hosted by 80s icon of "A-Team" and "DC Cab" fame, Laurence "Mr. T" Tureaud hosted this show in live-action segments. Following up with the animated series that depicted himself as an almost-superhuman figure, he acted as the coach of a gymnastics team and was an international adventurist. Spike [Teddy Field III], a young boy, idolized Mr. T and dressed exactly like him. While each action-packed episode revolved around a mystery solving or crime fighting theme, they all concluded with a live-action appearance by Mr. T and his moral for kids.

Members of the "T-Team" included Robin O'Neill and her kid brother Spike O'Neill, Woody Daniels, Skye Redfern, Jeff Harris, Kim Nakamura, Grant Kline, Vince D'Amato, Garcia Lopez, and Courtney Howard - and last but not least. Mr. T and his dog Bulldozer.
