A mystical item, the Pyrmid of Power, grants superhuman abilities to its possessor. An evil hooded alien being, Mondraggor [William Woodson], hunts the pyrmid on another world as it breaks into pieces and falls to earth, attempting to escape his clutches.

Two Earth children, Peter [Neil Ross] and Peggy [Katie Leigh] attempt to recover the pieces, and come across three extraterrestrial pandas with amazing powers: Algernon [Walker Edmiston], Chesty [Jesse White] and Timothy [Cliff Norton], each with their own unique powers which can be combined to form one massive panda called Poppapanda. Together, the group races around the world to recover the Pyrmid's pieces before Mondraggor does - fending off his supernatural attacks.
