Stephen J. Cannell Dies

Stephen J. Cannell has died. He was the producer, and voracious writer-producer for TV shows like The A-Team. You would see him at the end of the closing credits on his created TV shows typing on a typewriter, while smoking a pipe in his mouth. Then he would pull out the paper from his typewriter and throw the paper up in the air. And then the paper would turn into an animated image. He was 69.
