Two PSA commercials from the late 70's or early 80's

I saw two PSA commercials with a little girl offering a cookie to her doll saying "Do you want a cookie?", and then she spilled her milk and then looks at the camera saying "I'm sorry" to her mother like a broken record with colored bizarre and negative images of the girl and has the voice of her mother criticizing her to stop repeating those apologies. And there was a second commercial with a boy in front of a TV laughing like crazy with the voice of his father criticizing him. These were either in the late 70's or early 80's. Does anybody know the name of these tv commercials?

Remember that PSA from 1980 with Captain America in the commercial because I remember it!

Another one I've been dying to get on tape is the Superman commercial for asthma.
