An animated tortoise & hare race music video (On early 80's Nickelodeon?)

I remember seeing a cartoon scene probably on Nickelodeon in the early 80's. About the old story about the tortiose and the hare race. There was a person singing a song of the lines about the story. And I remember seeing the hare sleeping, then waking up, and seeing the tortoise approaching the finish line. Then the hare immediately ran to the finish line neck-to-neck with the tortoise. And then they paused the scene of the hare and tortoise crossing the finish line. To see which one of them has one by a nose. Like in a photo finish. I can't remember if this was on Pinwheel, or one of those 5-minute shorts on Nickeloseon. But does anybody remember this old scene?
