Undoubtedly the most famous mail-out figure ever, this G.I. Joe became an icon of the decade - from professional wrestler to action figure. Sgt. Slaughter made many commercial appearances throughout the mid and late 1990s, and his figures were only available with several proofs of purchase and/or a phone call.
